- Principle
- Clamp the preconditioned specimen between the upper & lower cells tightly, vacuumize the lower pressure cell (lower cell) firstly, then vacuumize the whole system, when the certain vacuum degree achieved, close the lower cell, feed testing gas into the upper cell until the pressure is up to the certain data, make sure a constant pressure difference (adjustable) between the upper & lower cells is generated. Thus, the testing gas will pass through the specimen from the higher pressure side to lower pressure side under the function of pressure gradient, test the permeability data of the specimen by inspecting & processing the pressure change of the lower cell.
