- Characteristics
- Combined hot tack, peel and tension tests in one.
- Temperature, pressure, and dwell time could be set.
- Digital PID system control heat temperature, high accuracy.
- Seal surfaces are parallel, even temperature.
- Highly accurate pressure element, employ full set of imported brands.
- Selectable load cell, easy to change, wide testing range.
- Micro-computer control, LED display, professional software supported.
- RS232 port, easy to connected with computer.
- With computer, testing curve and group repeating curves can be printed.
- Electron timing, several selectable speeds.
- Automatically zero, intellective malfunction alerting, overload protect, stroke protect.
- Principle
- Clamp the two ends of the sample by the static jaw (load cell) and dynamic jaw, driver moving the dynamic jaw produces relative movement. Tester get electron signal from the load cell after the sample suffered the force. After analysis, get the data of hot tack, peel, and tension.
- Note: After heat seal, the specimen keeps hot state, testing this specimenâs seal property before it becomes to room temperature is called hot tack test.
- Test procedure
- For hot tack test:
Place specimen set parameter start test step the footswitch clamp, seal, test stop automatically - For peel, tension test:
Place the specimen set parameter start test test automatically stop automatically
