HOT TACK & SEAL TESTER

It is applicable in heat seal test, to seal specimen under specified condition.The Seal Tester is used for testing the laminated films under certain temperature conditions, pressure conditions and dwelling time. The machine is also used for testing the heat seal strength of the laminated films. The micro computer controlled tester is housed in PVC casing with LCD display and user-friendly menu interface.

This equipment is designed and manufactured according to ASTM F1921, ASTM F2029.It is applicable in hot tack property test for flexible and semi-rigid packaging materials or pipe materials. Meanwhile, it is applicable in peel, shear, tension and other test items for adhesive, adhesive tape, laminated film, plastic film, paper and other flexible materials.
